The city of Daloa will host entrance exams for the National Institute of Professional Agricultural Training, decentralizing the process from Abidjan.
Daloa has been selected as an examination center for the National Institute of Professional Agricultural Training (INFPA) entrance exams, a move aimed at decentralizing the competition. The exams are scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 10, at the city's industrial vocational high school. This decision follows a meeting between institute officials and young people on September 4, 2026, where the decentralization was announced.
Previously, Abidjan was the sole location for these examinations. The decentralization aims to bring the exams closer to candidates residing in the interior of the country, thereby reducing travel and accommodation challenges. In addition to Daloa, five other centers have been established across the country: Abidjan, Bouaké, San Pedro, Korhogo, and Abengourou.
Online registrations for the 2026 session, which began on July 27, will continue until September 28. Applicants must be Ivorian, between 17 and 35 years old by December 31, 2026, and possess either the Brevet d’études du premier cycle (BEPC) or the baccalauréat (BAC), or their equivalents. A total of 650 places are available, divided between the agricultural technician cycle (300 places for BEPC holders) and the higher agricultural technician cycle (350 places for BAC holders).
