Corrections

We aim to be accurate. When we get something wrong, we fix it.

• Every story links to the outlet it was based on. If our summary does not match that source, the source wins and we correct or remove our story.
• Factual errors in a live story are corrected as soon as we confirm them, normally within one working day.
• If a story should not have run at all (for example a misattributed report, or an item that is not news), we take it down.
• Because stories are summaries generated with an AI model and checked automatically, mistakes are possible. Reader reports are an important part of catching them.
