Brazil, Portugal Firms Eye Cape Verde as West Africa Business Hub

Organized by Teletur Brasil in partnership with Cape Verde's Sovereign Fund for Private Investment Guarantee, the event seeks to foster business, investment, and economic cooperation among the three nations. Discussions will cover digital economy and technology, transport and logistics, construction and real estate, renewable energy, tourism, hospitality, and health sectors.

The forum includes panels on investment opportunities in Cape Verde, business partnerships, internationalization, private sector financing, and high-growth sectors. Speakers include Gildo Batista from Brazil, Pedroso Leal from Portugal, and Indira Campos from the World Bank. Cape Verdean companies Loyde Engenharia and Duergema will share their growth experiences, challenges, and partnership opportunities.

The event features an open dialogue session for participants, companies, and institutions to present projects and investment interests, followed by a networking session.
