Ambassador Al-Hussein Sidi Abdallah Die participated in the 166th ordinary session of the Arab League Council in Cairo.
Mauritania's Permanent Representative to the Arab League, Ambassador Al-Hussein Sidi Abdallah Die, attended a meeting of the council at the level of permanent delegates in Cairo. The session, the 166th ordinary session, took place at the headquarters of the General Secretariat.
The delegates discussed several agenda items, including the Palestinian issue, the Arab-Israeli conflict, and Arab national security. Legal and administrative matters related to the Arab working process were also on the table. Recommendations from this meeting will be presented to the ministerial-level council.
Ambassador Die was joined by First Counselor Mohamed Mahboubi and Second Counselor Dah Bab. The ministerial meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 7. The discussions covered a range of critical regional issues.
