The Benin Republic's Presidency seeks staff for a $150 million World Bank-funded project.
The Dogo-bis programme is hiring eight people for its management unit, which reports to the Benin Republic's Presidency. Applications are due by noon on November 18, 2026, in Cotonou.
The roles include administrative and financial management, monitoring and evaluation, executive secretarial duties, and accounting. Three specialist positions cover environmental and social safeguards, social development and gender, and procurement. Most positions will be based in Cotonou or nearby towns like Abomey-Calavi, with frequent travel to other locations.
Successful candidates will receive two-year renewable contracts, starting January 1, 2027. The Dogo-bis programme, funded by a $150 million World Bank loan for its first phase, aims to build a multifunctional dam and related infrastructure in the Ouémé River basin by 2033.
