Avante Talent program graduates 2026
The AVANTE agency in Malabo awarded certificates to students completing a six-month professional internship.
AVANTE's Malabo office celebrated the conclusion of its first AVANTE TALENTO internship program on October 19, 2026. The six-month program, a collaboration with BANGE Business School, provided students practical experience in communication, marketing, and media.
Participants worked with AVANTE teams, learning industry processes and demands to supplement their academic studies. AVANTE General Director Sergio Fernando Sehe Orichi praised the interns' commitment and evolution, emphasizing the value of such opportunities for young professionals.
The program aimed to bridge the gap between education and business needs, fostering talent development in Equatorial Guinea. AVANTE plans to continue the AVANTE TALENTO initiative, strengthening its ties with educational institutions.
