A group of lawyers filed a criminal complaint against the former president and two counselors of the Supreme Court of Justice.
A collective of lawyers filed a criminal complaint on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, with the Public Prosecutor's Office against members of the leadership of the Supreme Court of Justice (STJ). The complaint targets former STJ president Lima André and counselors Arafam Mané and João Mendes Pereira, who are accused of several crimes.
Lawyer Nansambe stated that the complaint stems from accusations by citizens Marcelino Intupe and Ussumane Sanhá, and called for an investigation into the facts. Intupe listed alleged crimes including obstruction of justice, usurpation of public functions, dereliction of duty, denial of justice, embezzlement, malicious denunciation, qualified damages, and forgery.
