Baye Guindo of PMU-Mali receives leadership award
The Barometer recognized the marketing director for his 15 years of expertise and teaching.
Baye Guindo, Director of Marketing and Communication at PMU-Mali, received an award for merit and leadership at a ceremony in Bamako. The event, organized by the Organization of Young Business Leaders (OJEP), celebrated national managerial talent. Guindo's recognition highlights his career achievements in the Malian business sector.
Dr. Cheick Oumar Soumano coordinated the Barometer awards ceremony held at the Hôtel de l'Amitié. Guindo, who has over 15 years of experience, was honored for his professional trajectory. He also teaches marketing and business development at institutions including ESC School of Management and ESCAE.
Guindo has led PMU-Mali's marketing and communication since December 2022, working under Director General Fassery Doumbia. His previous roles include sales management at Sotelma-Malitel and general management at Hôtel du Cinquantenaire.
