Niger's Foreign Affairs Minister Bakary Yaou Sangaré attended the third Russia-Africa Summit's plenary session in Moscow on October 29, 2026. Sangaré led Niger's delegation to the Kremlin meeting.
Minister Sangaré highlighted the need to consolidate and diversify cooperation through projects in agriculture, food security, energy, mines, industrial transformation, infrastructure, transport, telecommunications, and the digital economy.
