N'Djamena's 1st arrondissement mayor, Djamal Yaya Moussa, visited the Adré neighbourhood on Monday, November 2, 2026, to assess local difficulties. He was accompanied by secretary-general Soumaïne Tom Brahim during the inspection.
The visit focused on issues faced by residents, including encroachments on public land designated for general interest constructions and problems with road infrastructure. Mayor Moussa reminded the community that state land reserves are exclusively for public benefit and urged the neighbourhood delegate to take full responsibility.
