PlaYce Cameroun has increased its share capital by CFA2.19 billion, raising it from CFA15.095 billion to CFA17.285 billion. The company's board confirmed the transaction on September 28, 2026, following approval at a June 30 meeting. This capital increase represents 14.5% of the company's previous share capital and involved issuing 219,007 new shares at CFA10,000 each, all paid for in cash.

The legal notice, prepared by notary Gisèle Enguélé Dipanda, states that the shares were fully paid in cash. Article 7 of the company's bylaws concerning share capital was amended, and documents were filed with the Douala-Bonanjo Court of First Instance. The notice does not identify who subscribed to the new shares or the post-transaction ownership structure.

As of March 31, 2026, French holding company PlaYce SAS, part of the CFAO group, owned 99.99% of PlaYce Cameroun, according to its annual financial statements. This ownership figure predates the recent capital increase.
