This gathering follows the April 10 presidential election, which saw the re-election of President Ismaïl Omar Guelleh. The Prime Minister acknowledged the welcome from local authorities and the population, particularly the youth, and thanked the prefecture, regional council, security forces, and organizing teams. He stressed that a great party serves its people and nation, urging RPP officials to use the three days for reflection and preparation.
